You will be working at Goodmorning B.V. in Etten-Leur, one of the largest players in the Netherlands in the field of temporary employment and detachment of motivated workers from Eastern Europe. Every day about 2,500 temporary workers are active through us in sectors such as agriculture, food, logistics and technology.
Behind the organization is a super enthusiastic team that is fully committed to both client and temporary worker. We work in a no-nonsense environment with short lines, where commitment, flexibility and rapid response are self-evident.
In this role, you will be constantly on the move. Your activities will include:
- Visiting clients and employees to keep the partnership warm and personal;
- Identifying and taking advantage of opportunities to strengthen and build relationships;
- Selecting and supervising the right people from their first day of work to the end of their assignment;
- Coordinating schedules, processing requests and communicating clearly with all stakeholders;
- And keeping administrative records in the CRM system and monitoring service quality.
This is what you bring:
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level, with feeling for systems and Microsoft Office;
- Driving license B in your pocket;
- Command of English and Romanian or Polish, Dutch is a plus;
- Commercial, customer-oriented, decisive and strong in organizing and communicating.
