In this role, you’re the key link between production and packing. You instruct packing staff on how to correctly handle and package the products, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. When needed, you actively support your team during peak moments. Throughout your shift, you monitor the workspace, maintain cleanliness, and keep the process flowing.

Clear communication is essential: you report progress and any issues to the team leaders and make sure all relevant information is passed on during shift handovers. You help set the tone on the floor and ensure high standards are upheld, both in performance and atmosphere.

What do we expect from you?

• You’re physically fit and able to work in a 3-shift rotation;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• You’re confident addressing team members on performance or behavior when needed.

• A gross hourly wage of €15.10;
• 20% shift bonus on all hours, bringing your total to €18.12/hour;
