As a Logistics Planner, you're the key link between customers, carriers, the warehouse, and various departments. You handle transport planning, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse on inventory. You also book shipments in the system, create regular reports, and take care of administrative follow-up.
Even when priorities shift or volumes change, you stay in control. You communicatie clearly, act quickly, and ensure every delivery goes as planned, or even better.
What do they expect from you?
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- You have experience with administrative tasks in a logistics environment;
- You're accurate, analytical and comfortable using Excel and reporting tools;
- You're customer-focused and communicate clearly;
- You perform well under pressure and stay organized in dynamic situations;
- You're a team player with good sense of humor.
