As a production operator, you’ll work directly at the injection moulding machines. You’ll check the quality of the products, follow packaging instructions carefully and make sure everything is processed efficiently. You’ll work in a 5-shift system where collaboration, precision, and flexibility are key. Keeping your workstation clean and safe is just as important as thinking along about ways to improve the process.

What do you bring?

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment;
• A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
• Ability to work independently and accurately;
• You speak either Dutch or English;
• Full-time availability for a 5-shift system (36.6 hours/week);
• A forklift or reach truck certificate is a big plus;
• You enjoy working in an environment where involvement, structure and results matter.

• 28% shift allowance for working in the 5-shift system;
