With love for bread and an entrepreneurial spirit, we create unique home baked products in our artisan bakery in Waalwijk. Together with 90 colleagues we make delicious bread specialties and due to the growing popularity of our products, we are looking for new Production Workers. The mission? 'To make everyone a warm baker at home.' From bake-off stick bread to brunch rolls, most home bake-off products in the supermarket come from our oven!
As Operator Packing you will work in 3 shifts and you will be working within the packing department and make sure that a wide range of bread products are packed in final packaging (repacking). In the repacking department the tasks are quite physical, because of working with large boxes and moving pallets with a forklift truck. Other duties include:
- Setting up, monitoring and adjusting the entire process;
- Running the production lines at cost;
- Ensuring that products meet quality standards (BRC/IFS and HACCP);
- Independently solving small (dis)faults and in complex situations timely switching with the Technical Service;
- And keeping the machines and work environment clean.
What we are looking for in an Operator Packing is:
- At least LBO or MBO level;
- A good work attitude and a positive attitude;
- A reliable colleague the team can count on;
- Accurate and a good problem solving ability;
- And experience in a similar position is a plus.
To reward you for your hard work, you can expect the following:
- A gross hourly wage of €1529;
- Allowances for working certain hours (34%, 37% or 100%);
- Overtime allowance of 125% (1st 8 hours after 152) or 150% (> 160 hours per period);
