As a production worker, you are responsible for everything around the injection molding machines. You collect products from the conveyor, carry out quality checks, package them according to instructions, and prepare them for shipment. You also refill raw materials, identify irregularities, and handle minor machine issues independently. What is expected of you?

• You have good spoken and written English
• You’re hands-on and work with precision
• You have at least VMBO-level working and thinking ability
• You are in good physical condition (standing work and lifting boxes)
• Some experience in a factory environment is a plus
• You’re a team player but can also work independently

• A competitive gross hourly wage of €15.06
• Shift allowances:
  • 9% between 15:00 and 23:00
  • 18% between 23:00 and 07:00
  • If 3-shift rotation is introduced, you’ll receive a standard 18% bonus
