As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for keeping the injection molding production running smoothly. You perform mold changes, set up the machines and robots, and restart production. You always focus on quality. You also solve small technical problems and follow all safety rules. You prepare everything for the next shift and, when needed, take over the tasks of the regular operator.

What do we expect from you?

• Preferably experience as an injection molding technician or in a similar production job;
• Good technical understanding and hands-on mentality;
• Flexible, friendly, and a real team player;
• You speak and write Dutch well, and have basic English skills;
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system;
• A completed MBO diploma in mechanical engineering or mechatronics is a plus.
