Junior Accountmanager (French-speaking)

Are you the kind of person who enjoys building client relationships, switching between tasks, and ensuring everything is handled with precision? Then this role might be just what you’re looking for. For a fast-growing international trading company based in Oss, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager who speaks fluent French. In this role, you’ll support the sales team both administratively and operationally, while working towards managing your own client portfolio. A diverse position where accuracy, communication, and customer focus come together.

This company is part of an international group that specializes in the import and distribution of authentic Asian food products across Europe. From the office in Oss, a dedicated and experienced team works daily to deliver high-quality service to customers throughout the continent. The company culture is hands-on, professional, and built on long-term relationships: with clients as well as with colleagues. Many team members have been part of the company for over 20 years, which says everything about the strong connection people feel here.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will become an integral part of the sales team. You support the daily operations by handling quotations, following up on sales orders, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. While most of your work is based in the office, you’ll have regular contact with clients via phone and email, mainly in French. Your goal? Making sure every customer has a positive experience.

You’ll also work closely with data and figures, which means a structured and detail-oriented approach is essential. In time, and with enough experience, you’ll take on your own accounts. With your solution-driven mindset and open communication style, you help strengthen long-term partnerships and ensure excellent service at every step.

What do you bring?

  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written), and good command of English for internal communication
  • A completed education in a commercial field, minimum MBO level or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or administrative environment
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Access to your own transportation to commute to Oss

What can you expect?

  • A 36-hour workweek, spread over 5 working days
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (according to company policy)
  • 25 vacation days and 11.8 additional ADV hours per year
  • A competitive salary based on experience and contribution
  • Opportunities for professional development through courses and training
  • Long-term cooperation with the potential for a permanent contract
  • Access to a spacious and well-equipped canteen where you can enjoy your meals and take a break
