With love for bread and an entrepreneurial spirit, we create unique home baked products in our artisan bakery in Waalwijk. Together with 90 colleagues we make delicious bread specialties and due to the growing popularity of our products, we are looking for new Production Workers. The mission? 'To make everyone a warm baker at home.' From bake-off stick bread to brunch rolls, most home bake-off products in the supermarket come from our oven!

As a Production Worker, you will be working 3 shifts and will be flexible within the bakery. This is a physical position with a high work rate. As a Production Worker you can expect the following:

• Manual packing of products on an automated production line;
• Packing finished product into crates or boxes;
• Performing physical and visual checks and spotting irregularities;
• If required, supporting the operator in changing foils and labels and converting lines;
• And working according to the set standards when it comes to quality, (food) safety and hygiene.

What we are looking for in a Production Worker is:

• A positive and flexible work attitude;
• Feel comfortable in a work environment with different nationalities and cultures;
• You can work independently and accurately;
• You are extra employable in busy periods, of course in consultation;
• You are not dependent on public transportation to get to the company;
• And some knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus.

To reward you for your hard work, you can expect the following:

• A gross hourly wage €13,27;
• Bonus for working after 6 p.m. and until 6 a.m. (34%);
• 8% vacation pay and 25 vacation days per year for full-time employment (2 extra days if you work shifts);
