You will be working at a company that consists of a group with several butcher shops. Besides processing meat in the standard way, they are also continuously working on their own innovative concepts with meat. They go for the very best quality products that are freshly prepared every day in the butcheries. 

As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for controlling the machines in the production process, producing several varieties of products.

• You monitor the packing process;
• You take into account e.g. HACCP regulations and allergens;
• You maintain the correct order in the production process.

In addition, mutual communication between the processing department and the filling department is essential.

For this varied position, you have the following skills:

• Work experience in the meat industry is a plus;
• Knowledge of food safety (HACCP);
• Knowledge of automation system Reflex and Bizerba labeling machines;
• A real go-getter who shows own initiative and is motivated;
• Flexible, sociable, stress-resistant and a real team player;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
